1. How to order?
To place your order, it’s very simple:
- Select the items you’re interested in and add them to your cart
- Once your cart is completed, click on the basket icon and select “Order”
- Fill in billing details, read terms and conditions and select “Order.” In case you’re not registered, select the option to create an account.
- An order receipt email will be sent to you.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to you once the stocks are verified. The payment link will be in the email.
- Make the payment via this link.
- Once the payment is received, you will be delivered within 72 hours (working days).
2. In which currency are the payments accepted?
Payments are only accepted in Mauritian rupees.
3. What are the delivery hours?
- If you have selected the option of “Pick up from the Curepipe store”:
10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) - If you have selected the option of “Home Delivery”:
Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
The delivery hour will be communicated to you by the delivery man.
4. What are the days and hours of customer service operation?
Customer service is open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

5. How to receive an order quickly or during week-ends?
If you have an urgent order, please note that our store in La City Trianon is open on weekends and public holidays (with exceptions on December 25 and January 1 and 2).
6. Do you deliver outside Mauritius?
We deliver only to Mauritius and Rodrigues.
As a reminder the delivery costs to Rodrigues are:
- Up to 1kg: Rs 1,080
- Up to 3kg: Rs 1,970
- Up to 5kg: Rs 2,810
7. How to cancel or modify my order?
In case you want to cancel or change your order, please contact customer service with your order number.

8. How do I exchange or get a refund for something that doesn’t suit me?
